Service Policies

We provide service / maintenance policies that satisfy the state requirements. However, our policy goes beyond just the minimum required by the state. We try to be proactive in anticipating what will be needed, rather than just waiting and reacting to problems. Our standard charges for a 500 Gallon Per Day system with spray irrigation is $175-$200 depending on County Fees.

Upgrades
We also offer upgrades to your system. The two primary upgrades we offer are Liquid Chlorinators and Effluent Filters. If you have any other needs, please contact us, and we will discuss your options.

Education & Information
In our experience, the more information homeowners have, the better they care for their systems. Additionally, the better informed a consumer is, the better a decision they make as regards to installing a new system, and the more realistic their expectations of their system.
